Booster seat height and weight
Booster seats are recommended for children who have outgrown the traditional forward-facing car seat but are still too small for the regular seat belt. The weight and height requirements for booster seats may vary depending on the manufacturer, but here are some general guidelines:
- The child should be at least 4 years old.
- The child's weight should be between 40-120 pounds (18-54 kg).
- The child's height should be between 40-57 inches (101-145 cm).
It's important to note that the above requirements are just a general guide. Always read the manufacturer's instructions carefully and comply with your local laws and regulations. It's also recommended to keep children in a booster seat until they are at least 8-12 years old and meet the height and weight requirements for using the regular seat belt
