What is the lumen rating of these lights?

1. Most 3W LEDs (I've done several custom LED designs) will output 150-230 lumens each. Depends on the LED design and what the efficiency/manufacturer is. 12 LEDs at 36W means they use 3W (each) LEDs. My educated guess is 150x12 = 1,800 lumens on the low end and 2,760 lumens on the high end.

2.These lights have around 300 lumens and are generally flood type lights, so the focus is wide, but the radius is large.
