Car Sound Horn

The horn is an audible signal for the car. During the movement of a car, the driver makes the necessary audible signals as required and prescribed to warn pedestrians and draw the attention of other vehicles in order to ensure traffic safety, but also for supervising traffic and signalling.

The electric car horn emits sound by vibrating a metal diaphragm. The car electric horn is made up of an iron core, magnetic coil, contacts, armature and diaphragm. When the driver presses the horn switch, the current flows through the contact via the coil, the magnetism of the coil attracts the armature and forces the diaphragm to move, the armature moves away from the contact and interrupts the current, the magnetism of the coil disappears, the diaphragm armature regains its original position by its own elasticity and spring, the contact closes and rejoins the circuit, the current passes through the magnetic coil and the contact repeats its action. This cycle repeats itself, the diaphragm vibrates and produces sound. The rigid connection between the soundboard and the diaphragm makes the vibration smooth and the sound more pleasant.
